What is a domain name?
A domain name is a specific website address that you choose and register with a Domain Name Registry company.
Why should I register my own Domain Name?
It is very important that your domain name is registered in YOUR NAME and not that of your web designer. Your Domain Name becomes a business asset and as such should be treated like one. Australian Domain Names can now be sold!
Where can I purchase a Domain Name?
The majority of our clients use Netregistry for their Domain Name requirements. To order a Domain Name:
- Go to Netregistry
- Enter Domain Name - For Australian websites, select the .com.au domain name extension - Click submit button
- If domain name is available - Click Add selected to order
- 1.Select Domain
- 2. Promotional Code (If you have one)

Website hosting is a monthly fee you pay to a Website Hosting company to have your website accessible on the Internet.

How long does it take to complete a website?
Our turnaround time is normally up to a week, depending on our current work schedule. We will be able to advise a time frame at time of enquiry.
I don't have any photos for my website, where can I purchase stock photos from?
We use and recommend Istockphoto . They have a great selection of images at affordable prices.
(If you advise the stock photo reference number prior to purchasing, we can advise the image's suitability for the website design)
Do you create Database, Ecommerce or CMS (Content Management System) websites?
No, we specialise in "Brochure Type" websites (HTML). Our niche market appeals to small businesses not wanting to spend thousands of dollars on a website.
How can I get my website updated/maintained?
Your business is always changing and expanding, so should your website. For updates, simply send us an email with the required changes. We charge $30 per hour or part there off for website maintenance services.
I don't see a telephone number or email address on the contact page?
We like to avoid spending our time on telephone calls from those seeking free advice, thinly disguised as a request for a "chat about a website". This may be a little disconcerting to prospective clients, but our main priority are to paying customers. Once you become a client, you will be given our email and telephone details.
